Return Policy:

Ralston Family Farms does not accept returns on food products once they have shipped. While we cannot accept returns, we prioritize your satisfaction and will "make it right" if you contact us about any issues.

For orders placed online, items are non-returnable for food safety reasons, but damaged or defective items can be replaced within a 30-day return window from the purchase date.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
